It really depends on every individual colour and each persons taste.
The ideal frequency for touching up roots after colouring varies depending on hair growth and the desired contrast. On average, it is recommended to do a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks. However, for grey hair, more frequent touch-ups are necessary, especially if you want to keep them fully covered. For hair with highlights (foils), applying a toner between touch-ups can help refresh the colour and eliminate fading.

The main difference lies in the application area. While Full Head Foils cover the entire head, Half Head Foils are applied only to the top and sides of the hair, creating a more subtle illuminated effect.

Reverse Balayage is similar to balayage, but with darker tones added to the lighter parts of the hair, creating more depth and contrast.

In general, it is recommended that the hair is clean at the time of colouring. Especially, if the hair is excessively oily or has product build-up, such as hairspray, it is advisable to wash it before the procedure. Natural oils help protect the scalp during colouring, but excessive buildup can affect colour absorption.
